Change of Zone Completed

Aloha Lehua Court Supporters,

We are pleased to let you all know that Lehua Court has completed a Change of Zone. A signed letter from Mayor Billy Kenoi has been received announcing the zone change from A1a to CV 40 (Commercial Village).

Each step of the way required time and the gathering of facts and figures. We want to thank all of you who supported us by coming to public meetings, offering verbal and written council testimony, and joining each other for a better, more complete Ocean View area community.

With the zone change now complete, the Lehua Court project is on to the next phase. One of the biggest things will be to make sure that this plaza will fit the needs of the community. We ask for your feedback as to what kinds of businesses and services everyone would like to see. Please talk to your friends and neighbors and have them contact us, as we would like to put them on our mailing list. We need to learn of prospective business owners you may know who would like to locate in your community.
